Yeah, I know, Rob gives awesome updates, rewards and spoilers, but all I give is stats. *sigh* I used to be cool. Scratch everything, I was never cool.

Only 6 days left in the Kickstarter campaign! Have you donated yet? If so, have your friends, family, coworkers, mail man donated yet? If not, what are you waiting for?! Don't make Veronica taser you and put her foot up your ass.
For stat nerds like myself, I've added a page to keep track of the Kickstarter pledges and backers.

Since the Kickstarter project was announced, our webteam has gotten the chance to reconnect and talk about VM again...which is kinda awesome. Here's our reaction to the VM movie, including our intial freak out over the announcement, our freak out over Rob's first interview, and our freak out about the various shows we have loved and lost.

Did my best impression of computer genius Mac this weekend and added two pages to the movie section to keep track of tweets about Veronica Mars. While other VM fans were re-watching the show this weekend, I was staring at the Twitter API code.

2007-2008 Television Preview
Greetings, Martians/Marshmallows/Mallomars! The television drought is coming to an end, but the eternally raining Neptune will not be here to quench our thirst. How do we survive television in a post-VM world? Why, by following the continuing careers of our favorite actors and writers, that's how. MI.net has put together a handy-dandy guide of where you can find actors and writers from Veronica Mars in the coming television season.

Robert Hull - Big Shots (writer) (Thursdays at 10 on ABC, Sept. 27)(P.S. All those writers there ended up working on the same lot, so they get to have lunch together and stuff. Isn't that adorable?)
In addition, Enrico Colantoni has shot a pilot called Critical Incident that may be picked up for CTV (yes, that's Canadian television) midseason, and Michael Muhney is filming a pilot called Family Practice that may be picked up for Lifetime.
Finally, don't forget that Kristen Bell will be hitting the big screen in two major movies next year: Fanboys in January (it's about time, right?) and Forgetting Sarah Marshall in May. Advance buzz is awesome. Tell your friends. She's gonna be a superstar.

Oh, you guys. I don't even know what to say. It's been a blast, huh? Three years of show and over two years of MI.net, coming to an end. Well, the show, at least. We here at MI.net are committed to remaining the best VM fansite in the Wide Wide World of Web, and this site won't be disappearing into the ether any time soon.
Thank you all so much for spreading the word and making sure this site was successful in its original purpose: educating new viewers so they could discover the wonder of Veronica Mars for themselves. We expanded far beyond our original scope, and at times, I think we were mostly entertaining ourselves, but we hope you were entertained as well. Thank you for the e-mails; they did not go unread. We're grateful for having had the opportunity to enhance your enjoyment of Veronica Mars and bewilder you with endless pop culture references.
Take care, Martians, Marshmallows, Neptunites, Pirates, Rough Riders. Keep chasing the storm.
Here's a list of stuff we updated:
Episode - Added quotes, details, roundtable review, cultural references, and cast list for 3.20 "The Bitch Is Back." The season three summary has also been updated for the last time.
Character bios - Updated the bios for Veronica Mars, Wallace Fennel (an all-new retrospective, a must-read!), Logan Echolls (also an all-new retrospective and a must-read!), Keith Mars, Dick Casablancas, Stosh "Piz" Piznarski, Parker Lee, Vincent Van Lowe, Nish Sweeney (now with added last name!), Chip Diller, Jake Kane (I know!), and Clarence Wiedman, Jr. (I KNOW!!!). And the very final upgrade in Neptune goes to Deputy Gills. We salute you, Deputy Gills. You were an ass once, and then you were an ass twice. Lamb would have been proud.
Who's Who - Added 92 new entries and 2 updated entries to the Who's Who. Yeah, you read that right. That includes 53 members of the Castle and 17 of Dick's email buddies, many of them shout-outs to behind-the-scenes folk. And every single one of them has a unique bio. Just like the show, we're going out strong. God bless you, Rick Pickett. God bless you and then kick you in the balls.
Neptune Graveyard - Added *sniff* the show to the graveyard. Dawn Ostroff, you murderer! MY DAUGHTER!!
Timeline - Updated Before High School, The High School Years - Senior Year, and The College Years - Freshman Year.-Polter-Cow
