So, why have we dedicated a page to one of the great British bands of the eighties? Well, truth is, we haven't. But we couldn't stand Inigo's constant whinging about how Veronica Mars was screwed in the UK and how somebody should do something about it.
Step up, biteme.tv, campaigner extraordinaire, and all around jolly good fellow. Together, we are looking to raise VM's profile in the UK, persuade LivingTV to show Season One again to a wider audience at a sensible hour—that is, not 6 PM every week night—persuade them to buy and show Season Two, and, if they won't, pressure another broadcaster to do so.
Since the Limeys wouldn't really get the $2 bill campaign, they need a place to conspire and plan their attack on the great British public. That place is here. Just so things don't get too intense, they can talk about the show too.
The main aim is to convince LivingTV to treat VM like the wonderful, intelligent, brilliant show that it is. We'll set out specific campaigns as they are formulated, but for now, there's two things you can do:
1. Visit the forum and storm the brain and chew the fat.
2. Write to LivingTV, tell them how much you enjoyed Veronica Mars, and ask them when they plan to show Season Two.
