Richard "Big Dick" Casablancas

The head of the Casablancas family, he had to flee the country after his real estate fraud was accidentally exposed due to his trophy wife's shenanigans. He hasn't really been heard from since, although one might suspect he is either drinking mai tais on some beach, or, er, "working abroad."

Aside from being a pretty neglectful father, a gun fetishist, and a fraud, the elder Dick might have one rather grave character flaw — he seems to be singularly unobservant. Not only did he marry a woman with a fake identity, a stint in prison, and a connection to Neptune's largest family of crime, he almost gave her an invitation to murder his children by making her the sole beneficiary of their life insurance, should they both die at the same time. My, what a curious oversight. Was it lust love? Was it calculation? Or was it really just a method to avoid tax payment?
