One of Weevil's gang of bikers, Hector and his fellow rabble-rouser Phuong Nguyen celebrate the latter's birthday by helping themselves to the Sac-n-Pac's reserves of liquid gold. But why does he giggle like a hyena? This is, perhaps, the show's real mystery.
